Billy Gilman!

Ok,so for the people that know Billy Gilman, he's been singing for a long time, but my friend just showed me who he was today. I never thought I'd say this about a country singer, but I'm obsessed with his songs. Some of is best songs include One Voice and Oklahoma.

He may sound high-pitched, but his songs have great meaning to them.
